Frequently asked questions
Is facial recognition legal in Spain?+
Yes, with the right safeguards — and the platform is built around them: explicit consent before every search (art. 9 GDPR), selfies processed in memory and never stored, biometric data kept in AWS’s Spain region, a non-biometric alternative, and deletion when the event closes.
How long until an event is ready?+
Uploads go straight to storage and processing runs in parallel while you upload. A 3,000-photo event is ready to search in about an hour.
What commission do you take on my sales?+
Zero. You pay a flat monthly fee and your sales are yours. Only Stripe’s standard fee is deducted (1.5% + €0.25 on European cards).
What counts as an "indexed photo"?+
Each photo you upload and we process (watermark + face indexing) counts once. Your buyers’ searches never count and are unlimited: they are the moment that makes the sale.
What if I exceed the photos included in my plan?+
Nothing gets blocked — we would never stop an upload mid-event: each extra photo costs €0.003 (€3 per 1,000), added to your next invoice. We warn you at 80% of your quota and, if it happens often, we show you how much you would save by upgrading.
Can I change plans at any time?+
Yes, instantly and with automatic proration: you only pay the proportional difference for the remaining time. The usual path is starting on Individual, moving to Studio when you invite your second photographer, and to Business as the team grows.
Do my team’s photographers see the revenue?+
No. Invited photographers only upload photos to your events; publishing, prices, sales and statistics are visible only to the account owner.
Do attendees need to install anything?+
No. Everything happens on the web: they scan a QR or open the event link, take a selfie and buy from their phone.
What happens to the photos when the event ends?+
Limited retention: photos, previews and face vectors are deleted when the event expires (60–90 days). Buyers already have their originals downloaded.
Is there a lock-in? How do I cancel?+
No lock-in. You start with 7 completely free days on the plan of your choice (from €19/month; annual gives you 12 months for the price of 10). When the trial ends, the plan continues automatically. You can cancel anytime from Settings with one click, effective at the end of the paid period — your buyers never lose their downloads and your sales revenue is always yours.
